Compact CO2 condensing units
CO2nnext is a range of condensing units and split systems with RBDC transcritical hermetic scroll variable speed compressor for medium and low temperature applications. Thanks to a new generation of CO2 controllers, this easy-to-install system is designed to connect up to 5 units. Energy efficiency, eco-sustainability and perfect food preservation guaranteed.
- Hermetic scroll compressor RBDC
- Self-supporting body made of galvanized steel with epoxy powder
- Normal refrigeration and deep freeze application
- With liquid collector (PS=80bar)
- With liquid subcooler
- Operating pressure up to HP=120bar / LP=60 bar
- Built-in gas cooler with EC fan motor
- With dryer filter, sight glass and safety pressure switch
- Low noise level and efficient operation
- Easy construction
- Optionally with water cooling (on request)
- Optionally with sound insulation (on request)
Condensing units with semi-hermetic compressors
(Bitzer, Frascold, Dorin and Copeland)
-Semi-hermetic compressor with motor thermal protection
-Air-cooled condenser powder-coated (RAL905)
-Axial fan motor with external motor
-Liquid collector with safety valve and shut-off valves
-Anti-vibration mounts in the compressor liquid line (if provided)
-Oil differential pressure switch (if provided)
-PSH: Safety switch with automatic unlocking (with refrigerant flow < 90 m³/h) -PZH-PZHH: Safety limiter with manual unlocking (with refrigerant flow > 90 m³/h)
-Shutoff valves with solder connections
– Junction box for wiring the fan motors (only for versions with fan diameters up to 450 mm)
-Nitrogen filling
