Cooling is required in various steps in the beer production process. Large amounts of cooling water are used, especially when cooling the wort and during the fermentation process. The right temperature and the amount of brewing water has a direct influence on the beer quality. Regardless of the brewing process used, a brewery can no longer be imagined today without reliable cooling.
Large amounts of electricity are used for the cooling systems in the brewery. For sustainable and economical beer production, the refrigeration systems must work in an energy-efficient manner and be correctly dimensioned. We design and build energy-efficient refrigeration systems for different purposes in the brewery sector, whereby the focus is always on the quality of the end product.
